To improve fire protection and avoid shrinkage cracks.

Great support from small fibres

KrampeHarex® fibres for steel fibre shotcrete can be used in all kinds of ways and in the most difficult circumstances. They can be used in standard shotcrete machines, in both wet mix and dry mix shotcrete. Nowadays, steel fibres are particularly used in tunnel construction, where they ensure that the concrete can still absorb tensile stress even when it has cracked. The performance of KrampeHarex® wire fibres is especially impressive here. For less demanding situations, KrampeHarex® slit sheet fibres offer the ideal solution, because they are easy to work with and economical. To improve their behaviour in fire, it is recommended that they are combined with KrampeFibrin® PP fibres.
