Conditioned cut wire pellets – the precision tool for shot peening

The medium used for shot peening is a critical factor in determining the load-bearing capacity and durability of critical parts and also springs subject to cyclic bending or torsional stresses. It has been proved that the excellent material properties of conditioned (i.e. rounded) cut wire shot from Krampe achieve outstanding surface densification. The applications include, for example, ships, aircraft and railway vehicles.
